You do not always need today to be a breakthrough. More often, you just need it to be another rep in the same boring loop that eventually bends reality.

Always remember that if you are playing a long game, the only way you fail is if you quit.

Most people dramatically underestimate how much progress comes from this boring loop. They want a phase transition, a motivational unlock, a single heroic sprint that changes everything.
Do not ask whether today changed your life.
Ask whether today kept the loop alive.
