You cannot cram mastery.
You can cram recognition. You can cram familiarity. You can cram enough surface ability to survive a test if the test is shallow enough.
But you cannot cram the kind of skill that stays with you and becomes part of how you think.
Nobody goes to the gym for twelve hours straight and expects to look like Thor the next day. The body adapts through repeated training over time.
The brain is similar. Short, frequent study sessions beat long, sparse ones. Thirty minutes across six days each week beats twelve hours dumped into one exhausted monthly session.
