I am struggling to keep up with inquiries. I truly wish I could respond to everything, but there's just not enough time in the day, and while it pains me to leave inquiries hanging, I have no choice but to prioritize. Below are some guidelines regarding what kind of messages I'm able to respond to.

1. Please understand that, outside of podcasts, I lack the bandwidth to answer philosophical questions and engage in general discussion (including giving advice/feedback). However, I'm sometimes able to answer brief/specific questions and engage in deeper discussion via podcasts. I also have a large corpus of writing that can be searched -- many questions, I've already written up an answer to.
2. All Math Academy support should be directed to support@mathacademy.com. Sales/billing is not under my umbrella and I am not able to provide discounts. We're a very small team, we're in beta, and consequently support may be limited to the most pressing issues. We're working around the clock and lack the bandwidth to answer philosophical questions and engage in general discussion.
3. I can't provide status updates, timelines, or roadmap estimates. The thing about big aspirations is that when they get enough traction, you stop getting to choose the order in which you push them forward. It transitions from you pushing them to them pushing you, and at any given moment you just gotta point the hose at whichever fire is burning highest. Every aspiration we've mentioned very much remains a part of the long-term vision that we are working relentlessly to achieve. But it's impossible to pin down a feature roadmap when the path must adapt daily to new urgencies, dependencies, and opportunities -- and sharing play-by-play updates and estimates tends to create strong expectations that get remembered as promises no matter how they're qualified.
4. I do not have bandwidth for other professional commitments. I am head-down on Math Academy. I am not interested in taking on any other roles or any additional work.
