Many people do not fail from lack of potential, but from lack of runway.

A lot of people who “fail” at their dreams do not fail because they had no potential.

They fail because they run out of runway.

When you are young, life gives you a weird temporary surplus: fewer responsibilities, lower fixed costs, more tolerance for instability, more room to explore.

That window feels infinite while you are inside it, so people waste it.

Then life starts asking for stability. The stability often serves to support fulfilling things. But these things do add weight, and once you are carrying more weight, it becomes harder to wander around looking for your footing.

This is why urgency matters.
Not panic, not fake hustle.
Urgency.

Build skill before life gets heavy. Generate signal before you need certainty. Find your footing before responsibilities force you to settle for the nearest stable ground.
