My take on the top 3 skills that show up the most across different contexts and are most often missing from people’s repertoire:

Math, coding, communication.

By communication I don’t just mean basic reading / writing / speaking, but also really grasping what matters to the people you’re communicating with, and using that info to refine your vision and convey it in a way that is relevant / interesting / exciting.

There are probably other skills I’m not fully appreciating yet, but those 3 are the ones that really stand out to me so far.
