There is no shortcut. Developing skills requires work and there is no way around it. You cannot skip out on the work and still come out with the skills.
What you CAN do is work efficiently and compress the necessary volume of work into a surprisingly small duration of time. A grade levelโs worth of learning can be compressed much, much shorter than a year if you avoid wasting time.
This may sound obvious, but the reality is that most people are unserious and inefficient with their training, and many people believe that they can find some shortcut by which to acquire skills despite training unseriously and inefficiently.
