Structure isn’t a cage. It’s a cache for your best decisions, so you can spend your energy living freely instead of renegotiating your life from zero every morning.

Structure does not have to be a cage. It can be a cache. A way to stop wasting your best energy on obvious decisions.
That’s important because a surprising amount of freedom comes from deciding once what you used to renegotiate every day.
– What should I do?
– When should I start?
– How much is enough?
In theory, the cost of avoiding structure is that every morning starts from zero.
In practice, the cost is even higher.
Your brain will resist starting from zero each day, and it will cache behavioral patterns whether you want it to or not.
So you might as well intentionally design the structure it caches.
Because if you don’t build the structure yourself, you will drift inside structures built by other people.
