Obsession is the Root of Both Greatness and Demise

The path to greatness and the path to demise both have their roots obsession. The difference is in what you’re obsessed with.

In both cases, it’s less about you taking a path and more about the path pulling you in with some kind of gravity that gets stronger and stronger the further you get pulled in.

If you feel that happening to you then you better make sure the direction you’re headed is productive for your life.

The interesting part is – sometimes it’s obvious, but other times it’s hard to tell in the absence of hindsight.
