A lot of people think that calculus is the end of math.

The final boss.

You beat calculus and then you basically beat the game.

And it’s not, it’s not even close!

After calculus, there’s linear algebra, there’s multi-variable calc, differential equations, probability, statistics…

and that’s just a tiny subset of applied math, but it branches off in all different directions.

There are so many specialized courses.

In fact, there are even more university math classes above calculus than there are high school math classes below calculus.

So getting to calculus early, that’s awesome.

That’s great, but it does not mean that you’re done.

It means you finally get to start.
